We do not accept online payment or payment in advance, the purpose of using our booking service online is to secure a seat on the Launceston Airport Shuttle Bus.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
More than 7 days prior to tour – Full refund less $30.00 administration fee
3-7 days prior to tour – 50% Refund
Within 3 days of tour – No Refund
Conditions of Travel:
Launceston Airport Shuttle Bus will not be liable for any costs or delays incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. All luggage, including carry on baggage and personal items, is the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Free inclusion of one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
Additional standard sized luggage is an additional $3.00 per item.

Important Notice
Please read following carefully before you make a booking.
A reply text message will be sent to you to advise you of the pick-up time. To ensure you arrive at the airport on time, we ask that you please wait outside your pick-up point ten minutes before the designated time for the convenience of other passengers.
Pickup Times
- Hotel pick ups are available from 04:30 to 18:30.
- Pickup time might vary depending on traffic conditions
Domestic passengers should allow 2 hours prior to their flight departure time when booking.
